Accessibility at Ganavo
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Ganavo LLC wants everyone to be able to use Ganavo. That includes the businesses who use our app and website, and the clients who open quotes, contracts and invoices from a Ganavo link.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, on ganavo.app (including client document pages and business pages) and in the Ganavo app for iPhone and Android. We check our pages with automated accessibility tools and with a keyboard only, we are adding regular screen-reader testing, and we fix problems as we find them. Today we consider ganavo.app partially conformant: most of it meets the standard, and some parts don't yet.
Known limitations we're working on
- To sign a document online, you currently draw your signature with a finger, stylus or mouse. There is no keyboard-only way to sign yet. If you can't draw a signature, ask the business that sent you the document for a paper copy to sign instead (on a contract, you can also choose "I want paper instead"), or write to us and we'll help.
- Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are in English for now. Portuguese and Spanish versions are coming. The e-sign disclosure a client sees before signing is already in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Card payments happen on Stripe's checkout page, and app downloads happen on the App Store and Google Play. Those companies run those pages.
- Documents are written by each business, so their wording and any photos come from that business.
Need help or found a barrier?
Email support@ganavo.app with the subject "Accessibility". Tell us the page or document link and what happened. We'll reply within 5 business days, in English, Portuguese or Spanish. If you received a document from a business, you can also ask that business for a paper copy, at no charge.
